Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. B2B Only Service
Limnu Networks provides enterprise-grade infrastructure designed exclusively for commercial entities, registered businesses, and technical organizations. Our services are strictly B2B (Business-to-Business). We do not provision accounts for individual consumers or personal use. Workspace creation requires a verifiable corporate domain; free-mail providers (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) are blocked at registration.
2. Nature of Emails (Strictly Transactional)
The Limnu Networks routing engine is engineered for critical alerts. The nature of all emails sent through our platform must be strictly transactional. Permitted use cases include:
- System outage notifications and status page updates.
- SLA compliance reports and uptime digests.
- Workflow notifications triggered by direct user actions.
- Incident post-mortem distributions to affected stakeholders.
3. Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
We enforce a strict Zero Tolerance Anti-Spam Policy to protect our IP reputation and ensure reliable delivery for our entire network. You agree not to use our Service to send unsolicited bulk email (UBE).
- No Purchased Lists: The use of purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists is strictly forbidden.
- Spam Traps: Hitting a known spam trap network will result in an automatic compliance audit.
- SLA Forfeiture: Violation of this policy immediately voids our 99.999% uptime SLA contract.
4. Account Verification & Double Opt-In
To receive status updates via Limnu Networks, the end-user must explicitly consent. All endpoints and subscriber addresses imported into or managed by our platform require Cryptographic Double Opt-In (DOI) verification. We reserve the right to demand proof of opt-in for any subscriber on your status page.
5. Phishing & Security Testing Ban
Limnu Networks extends standard ESP rules: you may not use our infrastructure to conduct simulated phishing attacks, penetration testing notifications, or security awareness training emails against third parties without our explicit written consent.
Abuse Reporting
If you believe a Limnu Networks customer is violating this Acceptable Use Policy, sending spam, or routing unauthorized alerts, please contact our dedicated compliance team immediately.
